Step by step instructions : how to activate Patient Ally and upload pictures

Shortly after you schedule an appointment you will receive an email from Patient Ally
Click on the green button :Register for Patient Ally

Welcome message for Patient Ally with account registration prompt.

Click the green “Register Now” button

You will need access to your phone to receive an activation code by text message and access to your email to enter the verification code sent to your email address.

Once you are registered and logged in to Patient Ally

Click the “Documents” button and complete all required forms.

Once a form is completed, the blue highlight will be removed.

Click the “Messaging” button.

In the subject line, enter: Pictures
Briefly describe your skin concerns.
Attach your picture files. Try sending three to four pictures at a time. If you have multiple photos or the files are too large, send several separate messages.
Click “Send Message.”
