Cost of Services – Self pay only

To keep our prices affordable and minimize paperwork, GJ Skin Clinic does not bill health insurance plans directly. We are an out-of-network provider for all insurance plans.

You may be able to use your HSA/FSA funds for eligible services. If you wish, you can submit a Superbill (an itemized statement with CPT and ICD-10 codes) to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement depends on your specific plan and benefits. Some plans do not cover out-of-network services.
