In order to keep prices affordable and to minimize paperwork, we do not bill health insurance plans. GJ Skin Clinic is out of network provider with all insurance plans. We offer acne treatment, eczema treatment, psoriasis treatment. We will provide you with Superbill - an itemized list of all services rendered including CPT and ICD-10 codes. You can submit it to your insurance yourself. Insurance reimbursement will depends on your insurance plan. Some plans do not cover out of network services.
