Cost of Services – Self pay only

At Gj Skin Clinic, we believe patients deserve clear, affordable pricing without unexpected bills. We operate as a self-pay practice and do not bill health insurance plans directly. We are considered an out-of-network provider for all insurance plans.

Before your visit or treatment, we will review the expected self-pay cost with you whenever possible, so you can make informed decisions about your care. Because we do not submit claims or bill insurance directly, you will not receive a separate bill from our clinic after your visit beyond the services you approved and received. Additional services, products, procedures, or follow-up care are only provided with your agreement and may involve additional charges.

We accept cash, credit cards, and Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) funds for eligible services.

If requested, we can provide a Superbill—an itemized statement that may include applicable CPT and ICD-10 codes—for you to submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your individual plan, benefits, deductible, and out-of-network coverage. Some insurance plans do not cover out-of-network services.
