Autohemotherapy

Historical medical milestones in autogenous blood therapy from 1898 to 1901.

Are you Tired of being Tired - Seasonal Allergies, Post COVID Fatigue, Fibromyalgia, etc. - Autohemotherapy ?

Old but not forgotten  therapy, it offers an alternative approach to the following conditions:  acne, seasonal allergies, urticaria and eczema, fatigue, fibromyalgia, inflammatory disorders and chronic wounds.

Blood is a vital carrier of information throughout the body, a concept recognized by both modern science and traditional Chinese medicine. It circulates this information between organs and tissues, constantly facilitating a complex exchange.  Simultaneously, blood serves as both a supplier of nutrients and a remover of waste products.

Autohemotherapy is a practice, where blood effectively becomes a form of medicine.

Autohemotherapy  involves injecting a small amount of a patient's own blood, drawn from a vein, into their gluteal muscle.  This process is believed to work by diverting the blood from its normal circulatory path and introducing it into an "unnatural" environment (the muscle), thereby triggering a reaction from the body.

“Blood is a juice of very special kind” - Johann von Goethe

Here's how it's thought to work:

  • Immune system activation: The injected blood is perceived as a foreign substance, prompting the immune system to react.
  • Localized inflammatory response: A small, typically unnoticed inflammatory response occurs at the injection site.
  • Systemic impact: This localized reaction is believed to have a broader impact on the entire body, activating the immune system more generally.

Robert Marx pioneered blood plasma gel use in clinical practice for wound healing.
